How much is a passport photo at AAA?

As of November 3, 2026, AAA passport photos are priced by each regional club: at the four clubs we read, members pay from nothing (Premier levels) to $12 a set, and non-members pay $14.99 to $20. SelfieToPassport makes the photo from a phone picture for $6.95, with no membership.

What each AAA club charges

AAA is a federation of regional clubs, and the passport photo price depends on the club and the membership level. The four below publish theirs; check your club’s page for the one near you.

The rules

  • AAA Northeast charges Basic members $12 and non-members $16 for a set of printed passport photos. northeast.aaa.com

  • The State Department lists three places to get a passport photo: an acceptance facility, any company that offers photo services, or a friend or family member. travel.state.gov

Do AAA members get free passport photos?

Some do: Premier members at several clubs, and members at AAA Mountain West branches. Others pay a member price, such as $12 a set at AAA Northeast.
