Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Within 7 days of your purchase you can ask for a full refund for any reason. You do not need to explain why. After 7 days, orders are not refundable.
If the agency turns down your photo
Open your order link and make a new photo of the same document; retakes are part of the price (up to 3 photos for the same document within 30 days of purchase). A refund is possible only within 7 days of purchase.
Retakes
Up to 3 photos for the same document within 30 days of purchase. Open your order link on any device and choose a new photo.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to order and include your order number (it is in your receipt).
The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show on your statement.
